Ashtanga Yoga - The powerful linking of postures and full, rhythmic breathing sets this practice apart from others. A complimentary addition to any true athlete's workout. Athletic Intervals - Kick your metabolism into high gear! Challenge your strength and endurance with a combo of cardio and strength intervals utilizing a variety of fitness equipment. Cardio Sculpt - Burn fat, strengthen and tone your muscles and get your heart pumping! This class will keep you moving with the use of the step or traditional hi/lo aerobics while incorporating resitance training equipment. Abdominal section included. Fat Burner - Interval training at its next level. Alternating short bouts of aerobic training with longer bouts of strength training. All fitness levels. Fitness Challenge - Challenge yourself at your own personal fitness level with this strong mix of interval training, dance, sculpting, and martial arts. All fitness levels welcome! Abdominal section included. Fitness Fusion - A combination of Yoga, Pilates, and creative cardio moves. Come join the fun! Hatha Yoga - Breathing into postures to stretch, strengthen and tone the entire body. Yoga can release energy, increase relaxation and self-awareness. KIA - Kids In Action: These co-ed classes are designed to keep kids having fun while getting them into better physical condition. Format of class will vary depending on class attendance. Classes will be a combination of cardiovascular work, strength work and core conditioning. Everyone is welcome from 8-15 years. Kick Boxing - Using real style boxing techniques for a cardiovascular challenge. No gloves needed. This class is held in the aerobic studio. Master Class - Anything goes in the aerobic world. Instructor chooses the format. Pilates - Increase your energy level, muscle tone and flexibility while improving posture. The basic Pilates exercises emphasize specific breathing techniques and precise muscle control to develop your body's core. Power Conditioning - A nonstop class beginning with a step warm up followed by upper body, legs, abdominal and core work - all challenging your personal best. Free weights, body bars, stability balls and your own strength are utilized to the fullest. Spin - aka Group Cycling. Spinning is an intense mind and cardio workout set to music. Stationary bike riders are led by a spin coach on a journey up hills and along roads. Limited to 18 participants. Reservations taken. Extreme spin - Race day ride on the bike. Heart rate will be around 80% or above for more than half the class. Enjoy the sprints, hills, power jumps and speed drills. Belly Funk & Belly Fusion - These Belly Dance classes offer a body-awareness aerobic workout focusing on synchronizing breath with movement and using muscular isolation, you will develop core strength, all-over tone and highly controlled fluidity and grace. Body Core - Work on Balance, focus on Core and utilize every muscle to its fullest for a total body Strength class. Cardio Interval - Challenge yourself at your own personal fitness level with this strong mix of cardio and sculpting blended in an interval format. Flowing Chi Grooves - An energizing cardio and muscular mind, body workout through dance, yoga, martial arts and meditation. Kick & Tone - The cardio kickboxing portion keeps you moving with strength training exercises for total definition. Zumba - Dance your way to fitness with exciting, unique and easy to learn Latin moves and rhythms. Zumba is taking the fitness world by storm! 20/20/20 - 20 minutes of step, 20 minutes of hi-lo floor aerobics and 20 minutes of toning. Pilates Basics - Breaking down Pilates into its simplest form. Good for people with special considerations. All levels. Pyramid Training - Bring the weight room into a class setting. Re-shape and sculpt your upper and lower body using the pyramid system and super sets. This class will have you on your way to a new chiseled physique. Step & Strength - Choreography moves seamlessly from one combo to the next - ending with strengthening and toning exercises to condition your muscles for a great overall workout. Total E Fit - A complete body workout incorporating cardio, toning, strength, power and balance training.
