Body Lift - A fat burning weight training class that incorporates all major muscle groups. High energy class with music that will get your heart and muscles pumping to the beat!
The barre fusion workout - dancer inspired exercises to work the muscles of the legs, gluteus, arms, back and abs using light weights, the bodybar and the Pilates ball. No extra charge.
Les Mills Body Pump - This workout challenges all your major muscle groups and burns up to 600 calories per class for effective fat loss. Body Pump will improve bone density and strength. This workout includes training with barbells set to motivating music.
Cardio Interval - Combination of cardiovascular workout using stability ball, jump rope, step, Bosu and more with intervals of resistance training and conditioning. You will reach your potential with this amazing cardio/resistance training class. We do it all in this amazing fat burner class!!!
Cardio Unlimited - Anything goes...step, interval, hi-low, dance. It is instructor's choice for this ultimate total cardio class that gets your heart rate up and burns fat.
Core Conditioning - starts off with classic Pilates type exercises then we use all fitness toys, bands, rings, stability balls, Bosu to create a challenging workout for the core(abs, glutes and lower back)
Cross Train boot camp - the ultimate in functional training. Total body exercises using the RIP trainer, TRX, soft kettle bells, undulating rope, slam balls and more. Format changes weekly. NO extra chanrge!
Fit plus - This class incorporates high and low impact cardio involving all muscle groups and stretching with the use of light weights and tubing. Multi level class.
Kickboxing - Kick and punch the calories and stress away. Develop self-confidence and build muscle while learning real self-defense techniques. Great music, great energy and great fun! Gloves provided! Kickboxing participants are encouraged to come ten minutes prior to the start of class for proper set up.
Knockout - a high energy, music pumping class using martial arts techniques to kick and punch your way to a great workout. Format changes weekly from bag work to non-bag work.
Pilates - This class is designed to increase core strength and flexibility while concentrating on breathing techniques. Body weight is used as resistance to correct imbalances in postural alignment. This class will change your body by making it lean and strong. Pilates plus - Pilates with balls, rings, bands and more for a more diverse and challenging workout. Yogalates - is a combination of yoga and Pilates.
Spinning - Join us for an amazing cardiovascular group workout on a stationary bike. The music will motivate you and the instructor will guide you on a cycling journey over imaginary terrain. First time spin participants are encouraged to come to class ten minumtes before class begins for proper adjustments to seat and handlebar height as well as basic information fot the class.
STICKS - is a specialty class for our members, run periodically. This class has everyone using drum sticks and exercising to great music. A total body workout! NO extra charge.
Total Body Sculpt - This class uses light weights and the body bar to tone the entire body, great for beginners to intermediate levels.
Yoga - This class focuses on increasing anatomical mental awareness through flow of breath and movement, standing, balancing, sitting, meditation and relaxation. Start or/and end your day with this amazing mind/body connection!! Gentle Yoga - traditional yoga at a slower pace. Great for someone new at yoga.
Zumba - "Zumba" is the Columbian word for move fast and have fun! And that's what you will do in this heart pumping class with easy to follow Latin dance moves!! Zumba toning - fun music and the use of the weighted toning sticks adds up to a fun class while you tone the muscles of the upper body. NO extra charge. Toning sticks ARE provided.
