Total Body Sculpting - The ultimate in functional and core strength training using dumbbells, stability and Bosu balls, body bars, and exer-tubing for an ultimate total body resistance training experience. Cardio-Interval - Combination of cardiovascular workout using stability ball, jump rope, step, Bosu and more with intervals of resistance training and conditioning. You will reach your potential with this amazing cardio/resistance training class. We do it all in this amazing fat burner class!!! Classic Cardio - Old favorites are back...low impact, step! Join in for a fun classic aerobic workout that will burn fat and tone. Essential Stretch - We all need to stretch more. An increase in flexibility prevents injuries and makes you feel good. Don't miss this essential class! Flowing Chi Grooves - An energizing cardio and muscular mind, body workout through dance, yoga, martial arts and meditation. Kickboxing - Kick and punch the calories and stress away. Develop self-confidence and build muscle while learning real self-defense techniques. Great music, great energy and great fun! Gloves provided! Kickboxing participants are encouraged to come ten minutes prior to the start of class for proper set up.

Pilates - This class is designed to increase core strength and flexibility while concentrating on breathing techniques. Body weight is used as resistance to correct imbalances in postural alignment. This class will change your body by making it lean and strong. Tae Bo - Combination of martial arts, boxing and dance. The ultimate cardio. Anyone can do this from beginner level to advanced! Spinning - aka Group Cycling. Join us for an amazing cardiovascular group workout on a stationary bike. The music will motivate you and the instructor will guide you on a cycling journey over imaginary terrain. Special hour and a half class on Saturday mornings! First time spin participants are encouraged to come to class ten minutes before class begins for proper adjustments to seat and handlebar heights as well as basic information for the class. Sign up early since space is limited. Yoga - This class focuses on increasing anatomical mental awareness through flow of breath and movement, standing, balancing, sitting, meditation and relaxation. Start or/and end your day with this amazing mind/body connection!! Yoga Stretch - Yoga with an emphasis on stretching. Yogalates - The benfits of yoga and pilates all in one class.
