Cardio/Total Body Workouts
Spin - Put the pedal to the metal and burn calories. Classes are on stationary bikes, set to music and feature different types of "rides" led by a "spinning coach".
Step - The classic cardio work out; step patterns designed to increase your heart rate.
Zumba - Dance your way to fitness with exciting, unique and easy to learn Latin moves and rhythms. Zumba is taking the fitness world by storm!
Zumba Toning - is an innovative muscle training program with the addition of light weight toning sticks. we provide the 1lb sand filled toning sticks, which are very similar to maracas. This challenging workout helps in building coordination and muscle endurance. Now that you're worked on your lower body rhythm, its time to perfect the upper body!
Personal Training 101 - Learn the skills, drills and techniques used by trainers to improve all aspects of physical fitness.
Body Combat - This energetic workout incorporates a range of self-defense disciplines including Karate, Kickboxing, Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do and Muay Tai in an empowering, athletic and energy-packed workout. This class will leave you feeling invigorated and ready to take on any challenge. Let yourself get hooked!
20/20/20 - 20 minutes of step, cardio aerobics and sculpting. A great balanced cardio and strength workout.
Tread - Create balance, agility and endurance through interval training on the treadmill. This class will warm you up with light jogging and have you power walking at various speeds and inclines with added intervals of sprints, running drills and climbs. This class can be done at your own level.
Muscle and Mind Workouts
BodyPump - Revolutionary weight training workout using barbells with adjustable weights set to motivating music. It is a simple, athletic workout that strengthens and defines every major muscle group...beginner to experienced participants will be challenged.
Pilates Core Fusion - A Pilates-infused transformational fitness experience allows you to work from the inside out and it consistently delivers results. This one-hour class fuses the disciplines of core conditioning and Plates to produce long lean muscle, a flexible, youthful body and a sense of peace and relaxation.
Total Body Conditioning - Muscular strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility....one class one goal, a balanced approach to fitness in one class.
Vinyasa Yoga -A flowing, fluid style of yoga linking one pose to the next.
Flowga- a gentle rhythmic flow yoga class designed to coax the tension and stress out of your muscles and mind, set to a playlist designed to nurture your inner cool vibe!
Gentle Yoga Tune Up - yoga Tune Up (YTU) is a conscious conditioning program designed to create flexibility, relieve muscle tension and build strength. The techniques used vary from classical yoga poses, calisthenics, therapeutic exercises and massage techniques using YTU balls.
Forrest Yoga - pays special attention to abdominal work and breathing. Vigorous sequences of poses are intended to build heat in order to sweat out toxins and release emotions stored in the body.
